Payment Option

Collectius is here to help you set up a payment plan that's right for you. You can make payment/repayment for your account using Jompay directly accessible from the available online banking platform or you can make payment directly to our RHB bank account (please see FAQ below for more details).

Special Note for AKPK Participants

If your account is already engaged with Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK), the conditions of the payment/repayment of your account will remain the same. Please continue to make payments directly to AKPK. Kindly do not make any payments to Collectius as long as you are engaged with AKPK.

Your account has either been sold to Collectius or outsourced to Collectius by your bank or service provider. Please reach out to our friendly customer service team or email us so we can support on contact details below.

If your account is already engaged with Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK), please continue to make payments to AKPK. Do not make any payments to Collectius as long as you're engaged with AKPK.
If you're not engaged to AKPK, please refer to 'What payment options can I choose from?' to find out more details on the payment method.

If your account is sold to Collectius, you can pay using the following methods:
Option 1: via Jompay:
  1. Search for Jompay in online banking platform
  2. Input the following Biller Code: 327122
  3. Enter:
    REF1: Your account number
    REF2: IC no
  4. Complete the payment process
  5. Send the payment receipt to malaysia@collectius.com

Option 2: directly to Collectius bank account:
