Portfolio Management Executive

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Management Executive who will be responsible to evaluate the investment performance portfolios and ensure compliance with standards regulations, including investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti-money laundering requirements, and anti-fraud measures. This position is expected to liaise directly with our customers via telephone calling to negotiate on outstanding payments and initiates other necessary recovery actions (SMS, email, letters, skip tracing and initiating site visit)

Duties
  • Determine the acceptable risk levels for clients based on time frames, risk preferences, return expectations, and market conditions
  • Maintain new and existing client relationships, including updating clients on market conditions, investment research and economic trends
  • Evaluate investment performance portfolios and ensure compliance with standards regulations, including investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti-money laundering requirements, and anti-fraud measures
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities including local authorities, legal practitioners, and financial institutions
  • Administer and implement the credit recovery process and support the voluntary compliance model with each of the assigned portfolio
  • Contribute to the achievement of the team target set by respective clients
  • Achieve 100% non-complaint to be in line with organization goal
  • Establish effective negotiation with customers aligned with regulatory and other local compliance guidelines
  • Convince customers to make payment and arrange for payment proposal settlement
  • Perform other relevant duties as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • 3 years or more professional portfolio management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
